Check-in/Check-out

What is the check-in time?

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 23:00.
Reception hours are 8:00-23:00.

Late check-in until 24:00 is possible if you contact us in advance. (Please contact us/separately 1,000 yen). Check-in is not accepted after 24:00. Even if you wish to check in late, please be sure to check in by 24:00.

Is early check-in available?

We are very sorry, but we do not accept early check-ins.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Luggage storage is possible before check-in and after check-out. Please inquire at the front desk.
You can leave your luggage before check-out from 8:00.
After check-out, the storage time is until 23:00 on the same day.
Luggage storage on check-in and check-out days is free. If you wish to store your luggage before your check-in date or after your check-out date, we will charge the following fees.
Per person per day: 200 yen (*Cashless payment only. Please note that cash is not accepted)

Can I change my planned check-in time?

Check-in is available anytime between 16:00 and 23:00. Late check-in until 24:00 is possible if you contact us in advance. (Please contact us/separately 1,000 yen). What is the check-out time?

Can I extend my stay or the check-out time?

Check-out is until 10:00.
Late check-outs are not accepted.

We offer 11 types of rooms that you can choose from depending on your needs, from rooms with shared dormitory beds to private rooms with a focus on privacy.

Is there WiFi in the rooms?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
The ID and password are posted in the customer manual sent to you at the time of reservation and in the facility.

Is there a toilet in the rooms?

All rooms have a toilet (shared with other guests in case of dormitory rooms).

If you have already made a reservation, please also check the information in the guest guide sent to you when you made your reservation.

Do the rooms have a shower room?

TShower rooms are available in all rooms. Please note that dormitory rooms are shared with other guests. For more information, please see the booking page for this facility. There is a footbath in the shared lounge on the 7th floor. This footbath is only available for guests from 15:00-22:00. Please bring your own towel to the footbath. Reservations are not required for the footbath.

Is there a TV in the rooms?

We apologize, but there are no TVs in the rooms.

Is there a hairdryer in the rooms?

There is a hair dryer in the room.
Hair irons can be borrowed free of charge at the front desk on the 1st floor.
Please be sure to return it to the front desk after use.
If there is no staff at the front desk, please let us know by ringing the doorbell at the front desk.

Is there a safe in the rooms?

If you are staying in a dormitory, please use the lockers provided in your room to store your cash and other valuables.
Please note that even if your cash or valuables are lost, damaged, or stolen without using the locker, we will not be liable for any damages.

Are there coin lockers?

If you are staying in a dormitory, please use the lockers provided in your room.

Is there an air purifier in the room?

We are very sorry, but we do not have air purifiers in the rooms.
Please note that we do not have any available at the front desk.

Is there a microwave?

A microwave is located in the 24-hour shared kitchen on the 7th floor.

Is there a refrigerator? Are there drinks inside?

There is no refrigerator in the room, but you can use the refrigerator in the common area on the 7th floor. However, please refrain from using drinks and food that are already in the refrigerator, as they are being used by other customers and may cause trouble.
Please note that space in the refrigerator is limited. Also, please remove your belongings from the refrigerator and dispose of them before checking out.

Do you have an ice machine?

There is no ice maker, but there is a refrigerator in the kitchen on the 7th floor.
Please be sure to dispose of or discard any drinks or food stored in the refrigerator before checking out.

Can I add an extra bed and futon?

We are very sorry, but we cannot add additional bedding such as an extra bed. When making a reservation, please make sure to check the number of people that can be accommodated.

We apologize, but we do not have meals available at this facility.
However, there are various restaurants nearby. Please see that information for more details.

Are there pajamas or yukata provided?

We are very sorry, but we do not have pajamas or yukata.
We would appreciate it if you could prepare your own.

What is available in the kitchen (cooking utensils, dishes, seasonings, etc.)?

There is a kitchen on the 7th floor that is available 24 hours a day.
After using the cooking utensils and tableware provided in the kitchen, please be sure to wash them and return them to their original locations.

Is it possible to have pizza delivered to the room?

If delivery is required, please pick it up at the front desk on the 7st floor.
Requesting delivery to your room is prohibited. Additionally, if you are staying in a private room, you are allowed to bring in food and drink, including delivery, but if you are staying in a dormitory, you are not allowed to bring in food and drink, except for non-alcoholic drinks (e.g. water, tea, etc.).

Is there laundry available?

Two coin laundry machines (washing machines and dryers) are located in the laundry corner next to the elevator on the 7th floor.
Currency exchange is available at the front desk on the 1st floor.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

Luggage sent in advance will be kept at the front desk until check-in time on the day of check-in. However, please be sure to contact us before sending. Please note that we cannot store luggage that is paid on delivery, items that require refrigeration or freezing, or valuables.

All reservations for this hotel are made online, and confirmation can be made via email or account from the reservation site where you made the reservation.

Are there discounts for extended stays?

We do not offer discount plans for consecutive nights.

How do I get there?

The time required from the nearest station/airport to the hotel is as follows.

There is a 24-hour Family Mart a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel.

Are there any recommended restaurants nearby?

There are restaurants such as izakaya and chanko restaurants in the surrounding area.

What is the concept of the hotel?

This is a “co-living hotel” where you can stay as if you were living there.

Can I request room cleaning for extended stays?

Cleaning is available for guests staying for consecutive nights, but this service is limited to guests staying for 4 nights or more. Additionally, if you request cleaning once during a 4-night stay, we will do so (free of charge), but we cannot accept cleaning more frequently than that (we cannot accept requests for cleaning even if paid).
If you wish to have your room cleaned, please be sure to notify the front desk at least one day in advance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot provide cleaning services for rooms where guests stay for 3 nights or less during their stay.

Is there a curfew?

The entrance is open between 8:00 and 23:00, so you can enter and exit without a password, but a password is required at night between 23:00 and 8:00.
Please be sure to write down the password displayed on the tablet at check-in and enter it to enter.

Are there any smoking areas?

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, including the outside stairs.
If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking area on the 7th floor.
If you are found smoking outside the smoking area, you will be charged a 20,000 yen fine. This also applies if you dispose of butts in your room.

What should I do if I can’t figure out how to open the door?

If you are unsure how to unlock the key, please contact the front desk.

Are children allowed to stay?

Regarding the accommodation of children, the following regulations apply.
・Dormitory: Persons under 16 years old cannot stay.
・Private room with shared bath and toilet: Children aged 0 to 2 cannot stay, children aged 3 and over can stay at the same rate as adults.
・Private room with bath and toilet: Children aged 0 to 2 years old can sleep together, and children aged 3 years and older can stay at the same rate as adults.

Can minors stay without an adult?

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay alone.
All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What should I do if I forget something?

Unless otherwise specified, lost items will generally be stored for 14 days from the day they are dropped off or found, and will be destroyed if we do not hear from you.

Is there a bicycle parking area?

We are very sorry, but there is no parking lot at our facility.
If you are arriving by car, please use nearby coin parking or paid parking lots.

Is there parking available and what are the parking fees?

We are very sorry, but our facility does not have a bicycle parking lot.
Additionally, we ask that you refrain from coming to the museum by bicycle, as this may cause a nuisance to the neighborhood.
